“I hope this site serves as a little taste of who I am. This is the journey of a small kid who grew up in a third-world country with big dreams and a lot of heart to give. It’s never been easy, but I hope my story serves as a beacon of hope: to stay true to yourself, be kind to others, and keep reaching for the stars.
Here’s to the journey, baby. :)”
—Joaquin Enriquez
From an early age, Joaquin was drawn to performing. After stepping onstage at just five years old, he immediately knew he had found his passion. Despite limited resources and support growing up, his natural charisma continued to shine, leading to performances at the Pantages Theatre alongside some of Broadway’s best.
Joaquin began his on-camera career in 2024 and has quickly built an impressive body of work, including 20+ commercials and global campaigns with major brands such as Disney and Star Wars. He has also appeared in short and independent films and starred in the popular mini-series Alan’s Universe, recently acquired by Netflix.
Joaquin currently stars in the feature film Breaking Joy, slated for a 2027 theatrical release, and is attached to another undisclosed feature beginning production in 2027. He continues to sharpen his craft through ongoing training rooted in the techniques of Meisner, Stanislavsky, and Strasberg.
With a growing portfolio, strong on-camera presence, and a genuine commitment to the craft, Joaquin is building momentum as an actor with the range and drive to take on increasingly significant roles.
Music has always been a core part of who Joaquin is. A natural romantic and storyteller at heart, he has always gravitated toward singing and songwriting as a way to express emotions, experiences, and the things he may not always be able to put into words. His love for music began early, and over the years, he taught himself to sing and play guitar, using music as another outlet for his creativity and individuality.
That passion eventually led him to perform in live musical theatre productions including American Idiot, 21 Chump Street, and Thespians Go Hollywood. While Joaquin’s career continues to grow in the on-camera space, music remains an important part of his artistic identity. He continues to develop his voice through vocal training, writes songs regularly, and is constantly looking for new ways to grow as both a singer and songwriter.
For Joaquin, music is more than another skill—it’s a deeply personal form of storytelling and a place where he feels most connected to his emotions and creativity.
Movement has always been a natural form of expression for Joaquin. As a highly energetic kid, he was constantly moving—whether mentally rehearsing choreography from hip-hop class at church, working on his footwork at home like he was at basketball practice, or simply finding new ways to stay active.
That instinct has continued to shape him as a performer. Joaquin actively trains across different forms of movement, including martial arts, sports, dance, strength and conditioning, and other forms of physical training. He enjoys challenging himself physically and believes that developing his body and movement skills allows him to bring greater versatility, confidence, and physicality to his performances.
